Valley Public School was set up by Shivalik Public Charitable Trust in March, 1993 as English Medium Primary School for providing good quality education to the people of Bhainsa Tibba and Saketri villages. Later on the School was gradually upgraded as Senior Secondary School and affiliated with the Central Board of Secondary Education w.e.f. 01.04.2001. Haryana Education Department has also given permanent recognition to the School for classes 1st to 12th (Arts, Commerce & Science streams) under CBSE pattern w.e.f. 1.4.2005.
Education in India is hoary tradition from the Gurukuls of 200 B.C. followed by Medieval Madarsas and finally the Modern Education system evolved during the British Rule which provides stepping stone to the better things in life like good health and vibrant cohesive society. Successive Governments’ endeavors during the last 70 years has indeed increased the literacy rate from about 20% to about 70% in most parts of the country.
Nature has endowed every normal child with immense desire not only to walk and talk but also learn and overcome all kind of obstacles. In the entire scheme of education Primary School remains most important because real foundation of future citizens is laid at this level. It is utmost important that children at the Primary School are not only imparted good academic education but also moral education so that when they come out of Schools they are fully equipped to meet the challenges of life and are fully aware of their rights and responsibilities. Valley Public School is therefore well equipped with Modern amenities, latest teaching techniques and models and best teachers of the School for the Primary classes. The School provides healthy environment for comprehensive quality education in the field of academic and other activities which should develop balanced judgment and Faculty for self realization in each student not only in classroom education but also in outdoor activities which include not only a variety of Sports but also elementary knowledge of Agricultural processes, Gardening, Horticulture and habits of critical observation.
